From the VA Agent Orange Agent Orange was a tactical herbicide used by the U.S. military from 1962 to 1975, named for the orange band around the storage barrel. The military sprayed millions of gallons of Agent Orange and other tactical herbicides

I was in 70-71 & exposed to AO everyday. I have jungle rot on my face, high blood pressure, neuropathy, the list goes on & VA won't give me anything! Any suggestions. VA told me my jungle rot & neuropathy had to be diagnosed when I got out!

I was in Bien Hoa in 67 68 and have two types of Cancer. had two major surgeries. I have two medal plates with twelve screws in my chest. Also High Blood pressure but was told I don't have the right kind of cancer for Agent Orange. Got70% PDST

I was at Jungle Warefare School, Ft. Sherman, Canal Zone, Panama. Was definitely exposed to Agent Orange. Found a VA court case documenting use in Panama. In process of filing, denied claim previously as I thought it was from something else.

I was in Vietnam July 69-Nov 70 with 855 GS Da Nang. I got 2070 fro Agent Orange and I was in Iraq from Dec. 04-Dec. 05. The VA said I have PTSD. I dont have PTSD, I have PTSD I have sub PTSD got 0%.

If you had boots on the ground you are eligible for comp. Diagnosed with CLL Leukemia, full benefits 100%, $3000 a month till I die they hope.

Reapply, they are retro active, most claims for Viet Nam Vets require only evidence that you were there. Exception to Blue water vets.

I too was in Bien Hoa for TeT 1968. I was exposed to dioxin . I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer in Sept. 2008 and awarded 100% rating and still have it.

filed for increase AO on 27 Jan 2014 2 weeks got a call from the VA on 4 Feb 2014 took a fasting blood test next day have appointment on 26 Feb 2014 with a dr and comp and pension wish me luck

You surecan! I was there in BienHoa during TET offensive and exposed. I am considered 70% disabled due to that and it slowly gets to your health. I have numerous medical problems due to it.

There is no test for agent orange. If you were on the ground you were exposed. In some cases on a boat. If you have ischemis heart trouble that carries 100%.

You should have no problem getting Diabetes type II associated with agent orange exposure if you're 'nam vet.. I got only 20% but it's something.. and all drugs paid for (no co-pay)
