Hi, sorry getting back with you so late. Visited my daughter in Italy, she and her twin brother are with the Air Force. I digress, I really do not remember the Company...I was 17 yoa and just wanted to get through it, lol.
I did complete 34 years with the Army, both full-time and Part-time. Double sorry that I do not recall the DI's name's either. I do know the D.I. is in the archive of photo album's 1973, 1975 and 1976 there on Ft. Polk at the Museum, or maybe it was the Post Library...I have not been back to Ft. Polk since 2006. I was really disappointed that my (Basic Training Unit) did not receive their photo album as promised. I appreciate your response to my request, if possible, please send me a photo of Drill Sgt. Alan Stahl and maybe it may ring a bell, lol. I do recall our lead Drill Sergeant as being short and thin, and of course mean as hell, lol. he would run and march us all the time...the heavier set DI was always with us on the range or during in door training...Sorry tReply To 13884
