Bag of Ass:
Someone who doesn't keep uniform crisp; performs poorly and doesn't care




To many chiefs not enough braves:
Everyone is in charge and no one to do the work.




Brass :
Officers




In the Rear with the Gear:
Someone who gets to stay away from the front lines or out of the field.




Same same water buffalo:
Everyting the same




Ricky Boxing:
When a recruit no longer keeps his hands to himself.




Snipe:
Used by Sailors as slang for an engineer type such as an Engineman or anyone working in "the hole".




Black shoe:
Aboard an aircraft carrier, the regular Navy, who served mostly below decks.
