This term was used for new jumpers that just completed jump school and were assigned to a section. This was told to the jumper on his first night jump.

RagBag:
Sloppy looking troop.

Echo Tango Suitcase:
End of Term in Service /ETS.

"Hershey Bar":
Dirt or mud dried on boots, not shined; "looked like they're polished with a Hershey Bar!"

Loaf, avoid work.
