Full Bird Private:
Army Specialist E-4; so called because of the eagle on the SPCs shield rank insignia. A play on full bird colonel and usually used to mock or belittle an SPC who behaves above his paygrade.

Rapid response of crews to their aircraft in response to airborne threat. Also used in other situations where rapid movement may be required.
