Hot racking:
Reference to sailors using the same beds on ships with fewer racks than sailors. One goes on shift and one comes off shift and uses the same rack.

Battle rattle:
Combat gear worn by todays troops.

Bunny boots:
White rubber boots originally worn by bomber crews flying at high altitudes and later issued to Air Force security troops in cold weather climates.

Tail end charlie:
Last plane in a formation. Less used, tail gunner.

Pot:
Helmet

Eagle driver:
F-15 pilot

Desk pilot:
Air Force - any troop with a desk job.

Air Force - clerk
